You’re living a full and vibrant life – and you want the world to see it. Here are our top tips for a look that’s as youthful as you feel.

From travel expeditions to newfound romance, from more active, adventurous lifestyles to a renewed focus on health and fitness – women of all ages are living more fulfilling lives, and it’s an inspiring sight.

Living a vibrant life like this is the fastest way to feel more youthful than your years. And it’s only natural to want a beauty and style regime to match.

So take a look at our favourite suggestions for looking as young and healthy as you feel.

Hydrate for a healthy glow

If you’re on-the-go all day, it’s easy to get a little dehydrated. And that’s no good for your skin, which can turn dull, flaky and lose its elasticity. So swapping tea, coffee and alcohol for plenty of fresh water is vital for an all-over healthy glow .

Snooze your way to a brighter look

A good night’s sleep can do wonders for your mind, body and soul , so make sure you’re getting your recommended eight hours of deep sleep.

Restful nights help boost your energy levels and mood, and even brighten up your eyes , so you’ll look and feel more radiant than ever.

Get a brighter, more youthful smile

Over the years, our teeth may become discoloured and gums may be irritated. These are signs of gum damage and weakened enamel – the enemies of a young and healthy smile.

Fortunately, you can give your mouth a second chance at staying young and healthy with Oral-B Gum & Enamel Repair Toothpaste for sensitive teeth – clinically proven to help rejuvenate gums and repair enamel in just two weeks*.

Use a light touch with your make-up

Using make-up to reflect the light can give your face a natural-looking lift and a youthful glow. Don’t take our word for it – watch Carol Vorderman exploring the best make-up techniques for older women.

Try to avoid heavy layers of make-up, though: it can sink into wrinkles and make eyes look heavy.

Keep your long, luscious locks

Forget the outdated rules that say older women can’t wear long hair. If you’re leading a youthful lifestyle, why not keep a youthful haircut too?

It can take a little work to maintain long, thick locks as the years go by though. Take a look at our guide to ensure your tresses stay looking their best.

Oral B has been a part of my life for a little while now. I like it so much I haven't changed my Toothpaste since I tried it. It's a nice size tube, it's fairly priced it's not expensive. I like that it gives me that feeling of when you've been to the Dentist. My teeth feel smooth and have improved. I think it's a very good Toothpaste that actually does work I just wish I had an Electric Toothbrush to go with it because I feel I'd benefit even more from it if had I had one.

I'm in agony everyday with my teeth because I had an eating disorder so long I've destroyed most of my body I'd love to be able to smile one day I'm to ashamed of my teeth I'm hideous and ive just cut off my waist length hair into a bob and lost my natural curls in the process I'd love a chance to try some decent toothpaste any bit of self care might help with my postnatal depression
